Camp check in is at 2:00pm on July 29. Check out is at 11:00am August 3.
This is a sample schedule. Detailed daily schedules will be provided upon arrival at the camp.
Assemble in Redwood Dorm Lobby. 20-30 minute shakeout run on hilly trails behind campus, or flat roads through town, or mobility/flexibility at the track.
Breakfast in Jolly Giant dining room.

Strength and skill work in Lumberjack Stadium.
Lunch in Jolly Giant dining room.
meetings, games, or free time.
Bus to afternoon long run destination.
Afternoon long run at various locations near HSU: Clam Beach, Patrick's Point, Tall Trees.
40 to 90 minute options at most destinations. Tall Trees run up to 17 miles.
Dinner in Jolly Giant dining room.
Evening seminar and keynote address in Great Hall.
Return to dormitory rooms.
Room check and lights out!
WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP
Sleeping bags are NOT required. The camp does provides bedding, including pillows and blankets. A shower towel, hand towel and wash cloth are also provided.
In addition to an extra towel, participants should bring soap, toothbrush and other toiletries. Runners will need at least 2 pairs of running shoes. Enough shirts, shorts and socks for 6 days of running and working out twice daily. The weather is moderate, with an average temperature of 65 degrees. Bring leggings, sweat pants, sweat shirt or light jacket for the cool mornings and evenings.
Athletes may wish to bring cash for the purchase of snacks or other items from the campus store.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE STRONGLY DISCOURAGED! Camp should be a time for connecting with new people, strengthening bonds with teammates, listening intently to instruction and staying focused on the sport.
